Free CX and AI tools

Useful tools. No signup. No sales-form detour.

Cadence Lab builds small tools that help people solve a real customer experience or AI problem. Each one will be free to use without an account or email address. You should get something useful even if we never work together.

Live tool

01

AI Use Case Stress Test

Describe an AI idea before the platform, pilot, or vendor decision is locked in. The tool tests whether the work, data, ownership, human judgment, controls, and expected outcome are clear enough to support a responsible next step.

You provide

The user, task, desired outcome, available data, decision being supported, and consequence of a bad result.

You get

A one-page decision brief with readiness gaps, key dependencies, human-ownership questions, failure points, and the smallest useful test.

Why this comes first

It helps before teams spend money, asks for little sensitive data, and turns a broad AI idea into a decision people can discuss.

StatusAvailable now. Free, private, and no signup required.

02

CX Handoff Mapper

Follow a customer journey across people, teams, channels, and systems. The mapper tests whether every step has an owner, usable evidence, a clear commitment, and a handoff the next person can trust.

You provide

The journey outcome and its ordered steps, actors, owners, systems, inputs, outputs, and moments of customer uncertainty.

You get

A portable handoff map with structural risks, boundary rules, and questions to resolve with customers and the people doing the work.

Why it matters

Teams can complete every internal task and still leave the customer stuck between them. The map makes those seams visible.

StatusAvailable now. Free, private, and no signup required.

03

AI Evaluation Builder

Define what a useful AI result must do before a demo or pilot shapes the standard. The builder turns the task, evidence, failure exposure, and review model into observable evaluation criteria.

You provide

The real task, intended user, useful result, available evidence, important failure modes, consequence, and review approach.

You get

A portable evaluation plan with pass, review, and fail conditions, test cases, reviewer rules, and stop conditions.

Why it matters

A polished output can still be wrong, unsupported, unsafe, or unusable. Shared criteria make those disagreements testable.

StatusAvailable now. Free, private, and no signup required.

04

Feedback Signal Sorter

Organize a small set of anonymized customer comments without hiding the evidence. The sorter groups recurring themes, notes mixed signals, and keeps one-off observations visible.

You provide

Four or more anonymized customer comments, a recurrence threshold, and any product or survey terms the sorter should ignore.

You get

A portable theme summary with mention counts, supporting comments, mixed signals, repeated language, and next-research questions.

Why it matters

A repeated issue can disappear inside a spreadsheet, while a dramatic outlier can look like a trend. The sorter keeps both in view without claiming more than the sample can prove.

StatusAvailable now. Free, private, and no signup required.

05

CRM Data Health Sampler

Review a small, anonymized CSV before migration, automation, or reporting decisions rely on it. The sampler profiles observable gaps without uploading the file.

You provide

A CSV file or pasted CSV sample, the missing-value labels used in the dataset, and whether the first row contains field names.

You get

A portable report covering missing values, exact duplicate rows, inconsistent formats, spacing and casing variants, and column profiles.

Why it matters

A file can import successfully while its fields still fail the workflows, reports, and customer commitments people expect it to support.

StatusAvailable now. Free, private, and no signup required.

Service Recovery Planner

Turn a customer failure into a practical response without inventing promises or hiding uncertainty. The planner separates confirmed facts, ownership, timing, remedy boundaries, and closure evidence.

You provide

The failure, affected group, impact, confirmed facts, unknowns, owners, response timing, possible remedies, and limits on what can be promised.

You get

A portable recovery plan with communication prompts, ownership, response timing, escalation triggers, a checklist, and follow-up evidence.

Why it matters

Customers can accept that something failed. What breaks trust is silence, conflicting answers, vague ownership, or a promise the next team cannot keep.

StatusAvailable now. Free, private, and no signup required.

Current roadmap

Six tools are live. The next one has to earn its place.

The initial roadmap is complete. Future tools will come from recurring customer experience and AI problems where a small, private tool can create a useful result without a lead gate.

Suggest a problem worth solving

Build standard

Every tool must earn its place here.

A free tool is still a product. It should respect the user's time, data, and ability to make an informed decision.

  1. 01

    Solve one clear problem

Each tool should help someone complete a useful task, not generate a score designed to create anxiety.

  2. 02

Give the result without a gate

No account, email address, credit card, or sales call should be required to use the core tool or receive its output.

  3. 03

    Make the output portable

People should be able to copy, download, or print the result and use it with their own team.

  4. 04

    Explain the limits

Every result should show what it considered, what it could not know, and what still needs human judgment.

  5. 05

Collect as little data as possible

Use local browser processing when practical. If a tool sends data elsewhere, say where it goes and why before the user begins.

  6. 06

    Work for more people

Build for keyboard use, screen readers, zoom, clear language, and useful results on mobile and desktop.

Privacy

The tool should ask for less.

No tool should need your identity just to return a useful result. When a tool goes live, its page will explain what it processes, whether information leaves your browser, which service handles it, and whether anything is retained.

Beyond the tool

A small tool can clarify one problem. It can't align the whole system.

Use the free result on your own. If the problem crosses teams, systems, data, ownership, or customer journeys, Cadence Lab can help turn that starting point into an operating decision.
