Free service recovery tool

Give the customer a next step they can trust.

Turn a customer failure into a clear response, owner, timeline, recovery checklist, and follow-up plan—without pretending the tool can authorize promises your team cannot keep.

Build a recovery plan

How it works

Recovery begins when uncertainty gets an owner.

The planner organizes what happened, what is confirmed, who owns the response, what can be offered, and when the customer will hear from you again.

It does not make policy, legal, financial, safety, or regulatory decisions. Your authorized owners must approve commitments and customer-facing language.

Plan the recovery

Use roles and facts, not customer records.

Do not enter names, contact details, account or order numbers, payment data, health information, secrets, or confidential or regulated information. Describe people by role or group.

What it organizes

Four parts of a credible recovery.

  1. 01

Truth What is confirmed, and what remains unknown?

  2. 02

Ownership Who fixes the failure and keeps the customer informed?

  3. 03

Boundaries What may be offered, and what cannot be promised?

  4. 04

Evidence What will show the recovery actually worked?
