Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) cover your access to and use ofcadencelab.co, including its pages, articles, downloads, search tools, contact methods, and Fit Check (collectively, the “Website”). “Cadence Lab,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cadence Lab, an independent customer experience practice led by Matt Rabah.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. Your use is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how information submitted through the Website is handled.
Website terms only
These Terms do not govern consulting, advisory, implementation, or other client work. If Cadence Lab accepts an engagement, the parties will define its scope, responsibilities, fees, ownership, confidentiality, and other terms in a separate written agreement.
Website content is general information
The Website shares general information about customer experience systems, workflows, CRM operations, applied AI, diagnostic offers, and how Cadence Lab approaches the work. It can help an organization frame an operating question and decide whether a conversation may be useful.
Website content is not legal, financial, accounting, security, employment, or other regulated professional advice. It is not a substitute for advice based on your organization’s facts, obligations, systems, risk profile, and decision context.
Examples, frameworks, articles, and descriptions of possible outcomes are illustrative. They do not promise that any particular method, diagnostic, technology, or engagement will produce a specific result.
An inquiry does not create an engagement
Sending a message, completing a Fit Check, receiving an automated confirmation, or participating in an initial conversation does not create a consulting relationship, professional duty, partnership, agency relationship, exclusivity obligation, or contract for services.
Cadence Lab may decline an inquiry, recommend a different path, or determine that a proposed engagement is not a useful fit. An engagement begins only after Cadence Lab and the client enter into a separate written agreement signed or otherwise accepted by both parties.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card information, health records, government identifiers, regulated personal data, confidential credentials, or other sensitive information through a public Website form. If an inquiry progresses, appropriate methods for exchanging necessary information can be established separately.
